Life sounds easy, just sleeping, eating, and watching all day. But it's not!!! So that's why I say listen to my advice. 🤷♀️🤷♀️
How to Stay Awake at Home
We should all know that coffee, specifical caffeine keeps us awake, but there are other ways to stay awake too. For example, when you get up, you can wash your face, drink sparkling water, and do something that includes exercise. Also, keep a few snacks handy and take activity breaks. How to manage a diet
It's hard to lose weight when you love to eat and sleep a lot. If you're like me you probably like to be a couch potato. Eating Salad all day is not very delicious. Exercising is is something some of us love and hate. So next time you are hungry try to combine healthy food into something you like. For example,
Fruit salad
Oatmeal
Vegetable Soup
Avocado and toast
Pretzels and Hummus
Smoothies
Green Salad
Quinoa
Roasted Vegetables
Green Tea
Water
Pizza *has 12 grams of protein and has veggie toppings*
Coffee
